Welcome to the South Natick Zen Sangha. We meet every Thursday evening from 7:30 to 8:45 at The Eliot Church, 45 Eliot St. (Rt. 16) South Natick.  Our meetings Include liturgy, two meditation periods, and a brief period of walking meditation.

We offer individual meetings with a zen teacher (dokusan) and dharma talks on alternate Thursdays. South Natick Zen is a Boundless way zen sangha in the lineage of the Japanese Soto and Korean Linji traditions.

Please wear comfortable clothing in dark colors.  You are welcome to join us for all or part of the meeting.

 

If you are new to zen meditation, please plan to arrive by 7:15 for a brief orientation.
